Requirements

As a Business Development Intern at Weekday.Works, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various job roles. You will help expand our talent network by reaching out to individuals who may be a perfect fit for opportunities within our partner companies. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with candidates, informing them about relevant job openings, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to prospective candidates
• Engage with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of job opportunities within our company
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate their journey through
  
  

the recruitment process.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Provide timely updates and reports on outreach efforts and candidate interactions
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to details
