• Looking for freshers in food tech with proven track record of creating sales of food machinery in the food and pharma industry!

Our company is a startup specialising in process engineering and manufacturing specialised equipments for liquid / solid mixing so a food/chemical/mechanical engineer with knowledge of pumps , pulverizers, high shear mixers, ribbon blenders ,agitators, kettles, mixers, sugar preparation systems and other process equipment in food industry will be preferred. We will also prefer someone with in depth knowledge of the food industry.

Salary will be as per market standards but there will be incentives, target based commissions, performance bonus and travel reimbursements .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Spearheading and building a sales team and long-term client relationships.

• As the sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

• Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working a high performance sales team

• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Availability to travel as needed

• Degree in Sales, Engineering ,Business Administration or relevant field

Degree in mechanical/chemical or food technology would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,963.00 – ₹58,712.00 per month
