IT Support Engineer

Job description summary

Support Engineer will be responsible to monitor and maintain the surveillance

systems of the customer organization. He/she will install and configure surveillance systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face-to-face

Detailed Job description

·Install and configure surveillance cameras, Video Management Software(VMS), Networking systems, Storage etc,…;

·Monitor and maintain surveillance systems and networks;

·Set up users in VMS, NVR etc;

· Set up user profiles and privileges;

· Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve

hardware/software faults;

·Replace parts as required;

·Provide support, including procedural, documentation;

·Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a

system;

·Run available surveillance applications to support systems and users;

·To raise a support ticket with partner OEM’s;

·Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;

·Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties,

if appropriate);

·Prioritize and manage several open cases at one time;

· Rapidly establish a good working relationship with other professionals in

order to make necessary repairs;

· Test and evaluate new technology.

Linux Knowledge would be preferred

Support Manager.

Job Location

SPM Hoshangabad (should be willing to relocate)

Availability

7 days/week (Site Engineer)

Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 18/11/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresher

Salary: ₹9,999.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
