- Working closely with seniors HR Managers and assisting them over daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Posting, updating and removing jobs from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Connecting with candidates on call to discuss their candidatures and to check if they fit the job requirements.
- Organising interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Coordinating in organising company events and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinating with vendors for different HR related activities.
- Performing administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
- Helping onboard new employees and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Openly sharing new ideas and information with other team members.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in Google suite.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of Technical languages.
- Exposure of working on ATS and HRMS portal.
