- Strong systems, architecture and database fundamentals, experience with scaling web technologies

- Should have good database design knowledge
- Should be able to write good quality code with good documentation

- Write clean, structured code
- Own and manage team processes, releases, and systems
- Design and develop databases
- Architect and build the backend for corresponding web service (Django)
- Improve scalability of applications
