Job Description

Testbook is looking for a Growth Intern who will be responsible for the growth of Testbook’s E-commerce products i.e., Catalog of SmartBook. This is a high impact and high growth role where the ideal candidate will own the Execution of strategy and GTM of Next Generation SmartBook’s Marketing initiatives. This will involve managing multiple Marketing channels like Internal (Push, Email, Banners, In-app, etc), Influencer Marketing, Telegram Marketing, Social Media etc.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working with internal teams to get things done (Creative, Social Media, Content, Product, etc)
• Analytically strong, data-driven approach to analyze the marketing spends across channels and channel-wise impact, optimize and scale them.
• Executing creative campaigns through marketing channels like Internal (Email, SMS, Push, Banners, In-app, etc), Influencer Marketing, Telegram Marketing, Social Media, etc
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills (Internal & External stakeholders)
• Track marketing performance and proportion of impact to scale things
• Working with multiple Influencers for Product Review, Series and Unboxing videos
