We would be happy to chat if you have:

• At least have 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications on Ruby on Rails & Python for large-scale applications
• Experience in end-to-end cloud-based product development life-cycle
• Extensive experience in Ruby on Rails & Python.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute releases with a good degree of predictability
• Ability to understand the existing source and customize it as per the requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Build robust and scalable software in Ruby & Python
• Design and build services and system architecture for our real-time distributed systems.
• Improve code quality by writing unit tests, performing reviews, and automation
• Contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products
• Work with the product and design team to understand the requirements and use cases and translate them into effective solutions.
• Explore existing state-of-art solutions for core technical problems and come up with implementable alternatives

Eligibility criteria :

• B. Tech from Computer Science background from Premium college.
• Should have 3+ experience as a backend engineer.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails & Python
• Have worked in startups or product-based firms.
