About The Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Work on the understanding of human resource function, role, and key metrics
Collaborate with internal team members in enhancing the employee experience, onboarding program, engagement, L&D, and other HR operational work
Contribute in day to day operations, and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely and error-free manner
Work on data management
Work on the benchmark for best HR practices

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools
Ability to be agile, focus on the end result
Adaptability skills

Note: This role will support all HR business partner activities for the assigned business of Snapdeal. This role will have the opportunity to support the business by implementing HR processes in alignment with business goals.
