Position: Product Development Intern

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Internship (leading to Part-Time Opportunity)

Duration: 3 Months (1st Month Unpaid; 2nd & 3rd Months Paid: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month based on performance)

Shift Timings: Flexible (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM) (Total 10hrs of working and 2hrs of break)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Web Developer Intern:

• Develop responsive, engaging, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, React Native or Nuxt.js.
• Build and manage backend functionalities using Python (Django), PHP (Laravel), or Node.js (Express.js) and GoLang.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and AI Team to implement and optimize user interfaces.
• Maintain and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Azure CosmoDB.
• Good Knowledge of Reddis and other Caching technologies.
• Integrate AI models via Flask, REST, Fast, Graphql, Soap, gRPC, MqTT or Web Sockets APIs and perform API testing.
• Perform rigorous code optimization, debugging, and scalability analysis.
• Document code thoroughly and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Engage in continuous improvement through learning new frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Regularly conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and responsive design assessments.
• Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

DevOps Engineer Intern:

• Support the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Devops or GitLab CI/CD.
• Assist in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Gain hands-on experience with advanced containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure setup and maintenance through scripting with Python, Bash, Bat or PowerShell.
• Engage in comprehensive infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline software deployments and manage release cycles efficiently.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Participate proactively in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

Web Developer Intern:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least three modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Nuxt.js).
• In-depth Familiarity with backend technologies (Python, PHP, Node.js) and related frameworks (Django, Laravel, Express.js).
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure CosmoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AI model integration, and API testing. (Postman, selenium and other rools etc..)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of software version control tools (Git).

DevOps Engineer Intern:

• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud infrastructure components.
• Experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Devops).
• Proficiency in containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Ability to implement security measures and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, systematic organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong collaborative skills and effective interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated eagerness and passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of Web and Devops projects demonstrating your expertise is highly desirable.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Awareness of healthcare industry standards and regulations is an advantage.

Selection Process (3 Rounds):

• Round 1: Group Task (assessing teamwork and collaboration skills)
• Round 2: Technical Interview (evaluation of technical skills)
• Round 3: Founding Team Interview (comprehensive evaluation including cultural fit, strategic thinking, and alignment with company vision)
