Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Business Operations Intern located in Pune. The intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business operations, lead management, client communication, and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, along with the ability to assist in customer interactions and business analysis. Some work-from-home is acceptable for this position.

Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Management: Handling Facebook Ad leads, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.

✅ Sales & Outreach: Research potential clients, assist in cold calling and maintain CRM updates.

✅ Client Coordination: Manage client communication, emails, and documentation.

✅ Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram posts.

✅ Admin & Documentation: Help with invoices, reports, and general office tasks.

✅ Project Assistance: Support in software testing & feedback collection.
