We are a team of 40, and our tech stack includes flutter, firebase, nodejs, react and GCP We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile team.

Responsibilities:
- Own the mobile products for marketfeed, lead and deliver multiple initiatives.
- Understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements
- Hire and grow mobile team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Deployed two or more apps developed in flutter.
- 5+ years of experience in building mobile applications
- 2+ years of experience in flutter and Dart
- Strong in Software architecture & design patterns (BLoC, MVVM)
- Solid understanding of State management in Flutter (Dart).
- Experience with firebase technologies and real-time systems.
- Understanding of mobile native technologies (Java, Kotlin, Swift)
- Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in leading mobile teams.
- Familiar with Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines
- Location : Bengaluru
- Remote Policy : Engineers have the flexibility to work from office or remote
