This role will be in System Integration Database group. This role will entail designing software and database solutions that make database processing efficient and streamlined, coordination with many teams on data needs which can include subcontractors, customer, software users, data providers and data users. In addition, it will entail assisting the development and test teams with maintaining tools, COTS and infrastructure.

Primary interfacing will be with project leads and System Engineers for software architecture decisions. Perform software engineering lifecycle to meet requirements following the program Software Development Plan (SDP). Work includes requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design (OOD), code & unit test, integration, and development of formal test and delivery. Participate in technical reviews and audits of software products. Utilize Model Based Design approaches. Support development of complex system internal and external interfaces. This position requires interaction, planning and coordination with multiple software development, spacecraft engineering and data engineering/maintenance teams.
