Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Instinct Innovations located in Mumbai.

1. Work on sourcing CVs as per the JD on different platforms like Naukri.com, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Schedule interviews for candidates & consultants and manage their billing.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of advanced excel is a must

Minimum of 3 to 6 months of prior experience in recruitment/HR is preferred

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field

This is a full-time in-office paid internship for 6 months.
