- Use of Service Now CRM & Tableau to create reports & dashboards
- Managing the EMEA Service Competency Team reports & dashboards
- Performing in-depth analysis for the press performance – Proactive and Reactive
- Performing in-depth analysis for Customers / accounts performance – Proactive and Reactive
- Performing in-depth KPI’s analysis for our Team
- Building infrastructure for automated reports
- Creating data collection processes
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Tools – High level of Excel and BI tools.
