Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.
Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.
Debug any server issues that impact application performance.
Coordinate with the quality assurance and development team to administer code migrations across various environments.
Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutions.
UAT Release deployment.

Academic Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Technical Skills

Database : Oracle, MSSQL, SQL plus, PL/SQL

To implement and maintain systems for production, testing, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Provide front-end application and back-end database support, analyze data using SQL queries

App Proficiency

Skills required for implementing applications with respect to Java / Core .NET technologies.
Understanding and testing of APIs using tools like Postman / Swagger / SOAP.

Middleware

Hosting windows IIS application.
Deployment and configuration of instance in weblogic, log analyses, monitoring and troubleshooting.
