Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurgaon, India. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
