Job Responsibilities
- Full-stack software developer responsible for all elements of software products with end-to-end accountability
- Self-Led and deliver high quality deliverables
- Ability to manage time and dynamic priorities across multiple initiatives
- Migrate and Enhance the products that are highly scalable and performance oriented
- Own end-to-end development of the application via front end to backend (server, deployment, configuration management, application, database and security)
- Customer centric mindset and contribution towards modernization of applications
- Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies
- Understand and Collaborate with Dev enablement/ITO/Engineering teams for support and adherence to Ford IT’s architecture standards and processes within department as appropriate
- Agile personality and Software Craftsmanship mindset towards Technology Refresh and Application modernization services, with a highly dynamic team and platform
- Attitude to learn and innovative mindset to learn and adapt new technologies
