Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Data Entry Intern to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
Data Entry Intern responsibilities include collecting the data from various sources and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential research, analytical and data entry skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and Software entries.
English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Find data from various sites for the topics shared with you
- Work on the accurate and timely update of data in the system
- Work on the preparation of reports according to established protocols/procedures
- Assist in compiling data used for internal processes
- Maintain Excel Sheets and update regularly the records found
- Insert the data in the shared sheet
- Handle other activities related to data entry
- Perform other job duties or projects as assigned
