Job Title: Business Development Intern (SAAS Solutions for Educational Institutes)


Location: Mumbai, Pune

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company providing cutting-edge SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions tailored to educational institutes. Our platform is designed to streamline various processes, enhance productivity, and support the growth of educational institutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven interns to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in expanding our reach within the education sector and supporting sales efforts for our SAAS solutions. You will be responsible for visiting educational institutes, providing product demos, explaining our software plans, and closing deals to drive growth.


📌 Preferred Candidates: MBA & BBA students specializing in Marketing will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential educational institutes and decision-makers who would benefit from our SAAS solutions.
Lead Generation:
  • Generate new business leads through outreach (cold emails, calls, and social media) to educational institutions that may require our software solutions.
Institute Visits & Sales:
  • Visit educational institutes to provide in-person software demonstrations, explain the features and benefits of our SAAS solutions, and present pricing plans.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
  • Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients and successfully close deals to meet sales targets.
Client Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact for potential clients, addressing queries and assisting in the sales process.
Product Understanding:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our SAAS solutions and effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help execute strategies for driving sales and supporting business growth.
Requirements:Education:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA & BBA (Marketing) students are preferred.
Skills & Abilities:

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.

✅ Basic understanding of SAAS solutions and the education sector is a plus.

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Comfortable with in-person client visits and direct sales interactions.
