Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Intern role in Gurugram at DCS Plus. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and personnel management tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field

Responsibilities:

✅ Recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles

✅ Handling operations and administrative tasks

✅ Coordinating with employees on work-related matters

📌 Internship Details:

🔹 Duration: 6 months

🔹 Location: Gurgaon

🎓 Completion Certificate will be provided at the end of the internship.
