The primary responsibilities of this job include:

• Test Case Execution: Execute test plans and test cases created or reviewed by senior team members, providing detailed documentation of test results and logging any discrepancies observed.
• Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
• Learn and Apply Testing Techniques: Learn various software testing techniques and methods to understand the principles behind different testing approaches.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work under the guidance of senior QA engineers and collaborate with the development team to understand the functionalities and details of the product.
• Test Environment Setup: Assist in setting up test environments with the necessary data, configurations, and tools needed for testing under the supervision of more experienced colleagues.
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining well-organized documentation of test cases, results, and any other test-related artifacts.
• Professional Development: Actively seek opportunities for learning to improve technical and testing skills, including attending workshops, reading relevant materials, and being open to feedback from peers and supervisors.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience 0 – 1 years.
• Bachelors Degree in CS or equivalent skills
• Experience writing and executing test cases will be preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Should have familiarity with STD, STR, SDD and SRS
• Should have knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Hands on experience with at least 1 RDBMS
• Familiarity on agile processes and Jira.
