Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in various aspects of human resources operations, learning about key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. This internship offers the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials, scheduling orientation, and ensuring a smooth integration.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
• Assist with benefits administration and compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Assist in training and development programs by scheduling sessions and preparing training materials.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
