Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Hiring Trainee – Digital Supply Chain 2022/23/24

What You’ll Do

As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the senior manager – Supply Chain Operations PA, and you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Supply Chain KDP and Supply Chain topic in general. At times you are required to support initiatives related to broader Operations Practice Area. This position will be lending support to the KDP Manager of DSC / OPS PA Management team regionally and globally, to meet the needs of our rapidly growing and expanding business including assistance with organizing events and database upkeep. Digital Supply Chain has been high interest topic within operations (OPS) practice area.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Assist with regional and global business reporting and data requests
• Assist with navigation to materials and best practice dissemination within the practice
• Basic data analysis, reporting and dash-boarding
• Update tracking spreadsheets for various KDP/PA needs, including marketing, expertise, staffing etc
• Assist with coordination of people affiliation and development activities
• Assist with coordination and logistics for events (regional and global meetings)
• Prepare materials for events

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferably with strong academic performance and prior work/intern experience
• Strong MS Excel skills, intermediate level in PowerPoint, proficient in other MS Office
• Organized, detail oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of 3-6 months

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
