Job Responsibilities
About BigHaat
- Providing crop advisory to the farmer over the call/WhatsApp/email
- Engaging and guiding farmers through outbound calls and through other channels
- Acknowledging and addressing customer complaints
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the company
- Executing sales of agri-inputs available in our e-commerce platform
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transaction
- Reviewing farmers’ requirements on a timely basis
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the agriculture sector
- Providing valuable inputs from farmers for creating informative videos
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 10th Apr’23 and 15th May’23
- are available for duration of 6 months
- are from or open to relocate to Bangalore, North Lakhimpur, North Goa, Andra, Gujrat, North Dumdum, Andhara and neighboring cities
- have relevant skills and interests
