What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth research on industry related topics and best practices.
• Plan and conduct user research studies including planning, setup, sourcing participants, analysis, documentation of insights/finding.
• Analyze research results and contribute well articulated recommendations and documents.
• Analyze data charts, screen recordings, heatmaps, etc to find patterns and insights.

What do you bring to the table?

• Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Must have a passion for behavioral science and research.
• Strong empathy towards people and highly motivated
• Outgoing with strong personal presence
• Good understanding of user experience and business

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor/Master design degree pass outs from 2023 or 2024.
