This position will report to a member of the Company’s Asset Management department. Job Description

The Asset Management intern will work alongside various members of the Asset Management team observing, learning about, and contributing to the success of the organization’s multi-family investment management platform and performance. Duties and responsibilities will include detailed financial analysis and ROI calculations, market research, cost comparison analysis, draw requests, operational reviews, and ad-hoc analyses as requested.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior undergraduate seeking a real estate or finance degree.
• Self-motivated individual with a great attitude, who is looking to gain valuable, real-world investment management experience.
