As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer who can work remotely during the first year and relocate to our headquarters in Berlin, Germany, after a successful year with us.

Role Overview:

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable applications, contributing to various projects from the ground up. You will work closely with a global team of developers and be involved in every phase of the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to an open and collaborative environment.
• Ensure software meets technical and functional requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in software development using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks, databases, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
